Inspired Eats🍽️serves meals free of the top 9 allergens, as well as gluten. This station prepares food safe from cross contact for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dining with an allergy or food restriction? Schedule a meeting with one of our chefs to help you make informed decisions!

Episode 2: PNC Food Court (Part 2)
Toss🍝 serves a rotating menu based on culinary concepts, such as Tacqueria (Mexican) and Pastacuitta (Italian).
Grill🍔 serves daily staples such as hot dogs, burgers, french fries, and chicken tenders. This is also where you can find Billie’s Coop House Sandwiches, a fan favorite!
It's halfway through summer vacation, and we're really missing our students. We can't wait to see you all soon!

Chef Zak recently attended Camp’n Cook, a @parkhurstdining event that brings chefs together to learn and try new recipes! Chef Zak prepared salmon that he smoked on a cedar plank over a bonfire, and was named the "Mountain Pie Champion"!
While students are away for the summer, our team gets to find new opportunities to learn and grow while preparing for the next academic year!

Episode 1: PNC Food Court
Oven🍕 serves homemade pizzas, made fresh throughout the day! In addition to daily cheese and pepperoni options, Oven rotates specialty pizza and pepperoni rolls.
Deli🥪 is a prepared to order station where students can build sandwiches and wraps exactly how they want! Deli also serves student favorites, such as the Lock n’ Load and Papa Sal.
Flex Kitchen 🧑🍳 serves rotating home style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Market Place Mobile Grocery was a new feature this year, and students made the most out of it! Here you can get all of your grocery essentials through the Transact Mobile Ordering app.
Always a student favorite, we were thrilled to offer sushi orders through the Market Place Mobile Grocery this year🍣
Throughout the year, Market Place Mobile Grocery tested new options for students, such as sushi, build your own cook out packs, and Super Bowl sandwich rings. We love trying new features for students to enjoy!

Forged Partners- bringing local products to campus!
Our Forged Partners program introduces guests to locally sourced products, including dairy, produce, and baked goods! By supporting small and local business, we make a difference in our communities, sustainability efforts, and the quality and freshness of ingredients!
Throughout the year, our Culinary Test Kitchen serves new and unique dishes for students to try! What was your favorite feature?
To help with our sustainability efforts, RMU Dining offers free to go containers for all students. After students are done with their meal, they can return the box for another box or a redeemable token.
Not only is this an easy, no mess solution for students, but it also allows us to minimize single-use plastic waste on campus♻️
We know college is busy, which is why Hale Market is conveniently located in one of the busiest academic buildings! Grab a quick snack before class and stay energized all day long!
